J. Wade Webb
J. Wade Webb, a self taught artist, began his adventure into comics when a friend asked if he could letter his self-published comic. This then grew into coloring (using markers and pencils), writing, and logo design chores. This later evolved into similar chores for the now defunct website New Found Legends, an outlet for fantasy, sci-fi, comic, and other types of visual/literary works.
After a few years, he became involved with Uncanny Inspirado, an art event for the Chattanooga promoting the more unconventional types of art in the area. His involvement, which included designing fliers, posters, brochures, and a website, gave him the push to go forward with his own art, both traditional and digital, and exploring techniques of favorite artists such as Olivia, Boris Vallejo, Julie Bell, Joseph Michael Linsner, an H.R. Giger.
After posting works online, he began experiment with digital comic coloring and inking. These experiments would help to land him a spot with the White Eye Productions crew, and then requests by other artists for services.
Currently he is inking and coloring stories for both Lady Knights and Time Agents.
Outside of White Eye Productions, he has colored covers for Artistic License Studios and Night Phoenix Press, lettered T.A.S.E.R. #2 for Comic Creations, and developing the comic book Detresse (http://www.detressecomic.net).
